Apologies for my complete absence as of late! Things have gotten pretty hectic around here. Little Y has started walking, much to my terror. Add to that the fact that we have recently gone gluten-free, and historical cooking just seemed too stressful. I do regret abandoning this blog, so hopefully I can find some gluten-free recipes to post in the near future. Right now I am also balancing 5 online courses, but I have about a month of holidays in August.
